The Net4Media platform integrates a comprehensive ecosystem of digital signage products, content distribution and interactive management, as well as videowalls, establishing a unique business segment in the Romanian market.
2023 was a year of international validation for Net4Media as the company experienced substantial development both horizontally, through the increase in the number of Net4Media product users, and vertically, as more and more proprietary products have been adopted by our partners.
One of the highlights of 2023 was the expansion of partnerships, including in new markets and continents, such as the African continent—a rapidly growing market where the internet infrastructure, vital for organizing gambling activities, is still underdeveloped. “We’ve developed technological solutions that allowed us to enter high-potential markets lacking adequate infrastructure. Our goal is global leadership in personalized digital signage solutions. It’s an opportunity to connect the world and share our experience with partners and clients everywhere. Magic Control, a real success in 2023
Magic Control, the virtual digital remote successfully launched during 2023, has already proven to be a statement product in Net4Media’s portfolio. The product garnered positive feedback from partners and has been highly embraced by customers. Stemming from the concept of enhancing customers interaction and content personalization, Magic Control offers customers the ability to choose the digital content on screens in gambling venues simply by scanning a dynamic QR code displayed on the screens, without the need for installing any app. “From virtual games and live statistics to TV channels, Magic Control brings a variety of options to customers’ fingertips. The ability to import digital content from these screens to users’ personal mobile devices represents an additional functionality developed based on the expressed desire of one of our partners. One of the highly appreciated benefits by partners is the collection of valuable information about customer preferences and behavior, thus fueling the cycle of continuous innovation and personalization”, adds Emanuel Chioseaua.
Integration with partners’ CRM platforms
Another important step taken in 2023 was the integration of the Net4Media administration platform with the CRM platforms of partners. This automated and streamlined the process of the digital content management, with a visible effect on the revenues generated by partners.

Net4Media’s competitive streaming services, backed by a global CDN, solidified its position in the online gambling industry. What’s next for Net4Media in 2024??
One of the most important objectives for 2024 is the launch of the new Net4Media cloud administration platform. Highly intuitive, with a modern design and new functionalities, this platform will significantly enhance the user experience. In fact, a large part of this new platform is developed based on feedback received from partners or their expressed desires.
Where is the main focus for this new year?
We know we have a unique product that many would desire. We intend to consistently and significantly increase our presence at all gambling exhibitions to make it better known.
While our focus has been on B2B2C until now, recently, we’ve noticed a growing interest from other technology companies, especially those with gambling products, in adopting our digital content distribution and management technology. As a result, we’ve decided to include this separate business line, B2B2B, in our expansion plan. Of course, developing new partnerships and strengthening existing ones remain crucial points in our strategy.

We are dedicated to providing our partners and customers with an exceptional Net4Media experience. Our goal is not only to solidify our position in existing markets but also to expand our presence in other key areas, contributing to the ongoing digital evolution and transformation, especially within the realm of gambling retail. We are confident that our success in these new markets and continents will further bolster our reputation and strengthen our aim to be undisputed leaders in this field.
Are you considering new products, other than the ones already established?
Net4Media aims to bring innovations that support the increased level of digitalization in retail and enhance customer interaction. We already have a list of new projects that we’ll be developing this year. These projects will support our clients’ omnichannel strategies, contributing to providing unique customer experiences, better profiling, and consequently, increasing customer loyalty.
Expanding the team is on Net4Media’s agenda in 2024?
Absolutely! To achieve all these ambitious goals, Net4Media plans to expand its team.
