GLOBAL CHALLANGES ACCROSS THE GLOBE is the title of the second panel under the IMGL Masterclass brand at the Central European Gambling Summit 20 – CEGS20, which will be held March 10-11 at the Magic Place Grant in Bucharest.
GLOBAL CHALLANGES ACCROSS THE GLOBE will bring together experts in international gambling law who will debate current issues or issues that may arise in the not too distant future around the world.
IMGL or International Masters of Gaming Law is a non-profit association with more than 340 members worldwide. Its members are recognized as leading experts in their jurisdictions and are involved in most developments and issues in the gambling sector worldwide.

Henrik Norsk Hoffmann – Founding Partner, Nordic Gambling
Henrik Norsk Hoffmann is a Danish lawyer, with close to 20 years of extensive experience as a private practicing attorney specialized in all legal matters related to gambling. Henrik also has extensive experience of working with dispute resolution and international business and data protection.
Henrik has worked for with some of the largest law firms in Denmark, and has served on legislative committees shaping the gambling legislation in Denmark. Henrik also served as a special advisor to the parliament in Schleswig-Holstein as this state in Germany was drafting online gambling legislation in 2011.
Henrik Norsk Hoffmann is one of the founding partners of Nordic Gambling and is based out of Nordic Gambling’s office in Copenhagen.
Richard Bayliss – Senior Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Manager
Richard Bayliss is a Senior Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Manager at Playtech focusing on Playtech’s B2B business. He is part of Playtech’s safer gambling team and works with Product teams to develop innovative products and services that deliver greater protection for consumers. He also works closely with other gambling businesses and gambling support services to raise standards in the industry and make gambling safer.
Richard also supports Playtech’s compliance function, utilising his technical expertise to ensure the business meets high standards of compliance in regulated markets.
Prior to joining Playtech Richard Bayliss spent 11 years at the Gambling Commission where he was a Senior Manager and led the Commission’s online gambling team in developing the framework for online gambling regulation in Britain.
