Vlad Evghenie, the representative for Romania of OKTO is a keynote speaker at the Central European Gambling Summit 2023.
Vlad Evghenie is OKTO’s Country Representative in Romania. With over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, post-merger integration, and business development across diverse industries, Vlad has a great ability to turn around companies and enhance their competitive edge.
Notably, as the former General Manager of Bet Cafe Arena, Vlad turned a PE-funded start-up from near insolvency to a successful sale to a strategic buyer. Following that acquisition by Superbet, he played a vital role in turning around the business in Poland, integrating the acquiring and target companies, and scaling up the PE-funded investment.
Vlad’s expertise also extends to international oil and gas, having held a Director position in Rompetrol. With a passion for new ventures and a focus on digital payments and tax digitalization services, Vlad is a force to be reckoned with. He holds a BS in Computer Science from “Politehnica” University of Bucharest, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, and is an MBA alumnus of London Business School.
Vlad Evghenie will be a keynote speaker in the panel dedicated to payment solutions.
The 11th edition of the Central European Gambling Summit – CEGS23, will take place on May 23-24, 2023 at the well-known Magic Place Grant location in Bucharest, Romania. The event will be accompanied by a strictly B2B boutique-style exhibition for the entire duration of the two days, but also by a super party that will take place on the first evening.
An important focus of the event will be on the digitization of the gambling industry, but also on solutions for traditional gambling.
