In 2007, Joel Robuchon joined the group owning the Macau Casino-hotel, as a head Chef of Robuchon a Galera restaurant. One year later, the location was awarded with three Michelin stars. The menu list features over 7,400 refined drinks and has won the Wine Spectator ‚Grand Award’.
