Aurora’s new Face@Pace system uses IR Sensor technology coupled with Deep Learning AI to identify patrons without the need for cards or tokens.
At ICE 2016 Aurora CS introduced the concept of casino “virtual membership” with its groundbreaking new Face@Pace identification system. The Face@Pace system can identify customers as they approach and within casinos: ideal for use at cash desks and reception areas to confirm identity, for management of loyalty points or for anti-money laundering purposes.
Face&Pace is a subtle, non-contact biometric system offering a totally new user experience. With Face@Pace, a customer’s identity can be confirmed without membership cards or other tokens: their face is the only credential required.
Face&Pace uses leading edge technology developed for the aviation industry, and is completely non-contact and non-intrusive. Its IR sensor technology eliminates the problems created by varying light conditions that affect CCTV-based systems, ensuring robust performance with the same subject at different locations.
Aurora is partnering with HD Integrated Systems, casino CCTV and access control specialists who provide security systems in the UK and abroad.
