The ICE North America Digital free online conference started yesterday and continues until Friday will look at non-gaming amenities.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, Scott Fisher (pictured) will lead a panel of experts from across the industry in discussing the reliance on non-gaming amenities to bring patrons back to casinos and resorts.
Scott Fisher, of Convergence Strategy Group, will be joined by Cynthia Kiser Murphy, C-Suite gaming executive, Lana Kotur, VP of customer success at VizExplorer, and Bobby Soper, president and CEO at Sun Gaming and Hospitality.
They will discuss the use of non-gaming entertainment such as spas, golf and restaurants to appeal to a variety of demographics. They will also look at preparing for different spending habits and customer behaviours after the pandemic and also compare differences between resort and regional sites.
