Artem Kuzmenko was one of the speakers of the first panel together with Teodora Luca, Partner within SCA Mihai Luca, Anchidim Zăgrean, Vice-President of the ROMBET Association and Dr. Joerg Hofmann, Partner of the law firm MELCHERS (Germany).
The panel was moderated by Dan Iliovici, Vice President of the ROMBET Association and former President of the National Gambling Office.
The first panel also included Alin Teodor, Vice President of the National Office for Gambling, but, due to objective reasons, his presentation came at the beginning of the second panel.
