Chef Geoffrey Zakarian brings his signature Manhattan restaurant to Atlantic City.

For the first time ever, chef Geoffrey Zakarian will bring his famed NYC restaurant, The Lambs Club, to the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa for a special culinary-focused weekend, August 16-18.

The Iron Chef will also host a cooking demo along with book signings throughout the weekend as part of the Savor Borgata Culinary Series.

The three-night Lambs Club pop-up, held in the Borgata’s 28 West dining room, features a four-course menu showcasing the chef’s modern takes on American cuisine.

Event-goers can expect the Manhattan hotspot’s most popular fare, including rib eye of lamb, scallop boudin, heirloom tomato and lobster salad, vanilla panna cotta, and more.

The bar at 28 West will also serve The Lambs Club’s signature cocktails and bar snacks beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday and 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

On Saturday, August 17, Zakarian enthusiasts will have the chance to watch the Iron Chef perform a live demonstration at Borgata’s Music Box Theater.

Sissy Biggers will host as the chef shares his favorite tips, techniques, and recipes with the audience.

Fans will be able to meet Zakarian during book signings of Town/Country: 150 Recipes for Life Around the Table, at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
