Great show in Monaco
Patricia Kaas, the French singer, had an extraordinary show at Salle des Etoiles at one of the finest locations in Monaco – Monte Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort.
Kaas brought back to life France’s great legend, Edith Piaf, at one of the most opulent hotel-casinos in Monte Carlo. Patricia Kaas introduced her latest album ‚Kaas Chante Piaf’, launched last November, to commemorate 50 years since Edith Piaf had passed away. Patricia Kaas’ megashow was scheduled for January 12, and Salle des Etoiles was more crowded than ever. The ticket price was €223.50. The French singer performed 21 legendary songs of the mourned-for Piaf.

French diva back in Bucharest
Patricia Kaas charmed the audience in Monte Carlo. And the artist will do the same for the Bucharesters this year. She will be in a concert at Sala Palatului in Bucharest, on June 23.
Patricia Kaas was born in 1966 in Forbach, from a modest family. She has been singing for over 25 years, as she released her first album in 1988. Another album, ‚Kabaret’ in 2008 will bring her back in the spotlight, after a not-so-good time of her life.
She also played in movies. In 2011, the French star launched her autobiographical book ‚L’Ombre de ma voix’ (In the shade of my voice), which stirred many controversies – including in Romania, because of the love affair she had with Remus Truică.
