From 5th to 7th of February 2019, NOVOMATIC participated with more than 20 subsidiaries at the world’s largest gaming fair, ICE Totally Gaming.
NOVOMATIC presented product highlights for the various industry segments and specific markets, from land-based casinos to AWP and street markets as well as online and mobile. Also a range of solutions for sports betting, specific Bingo products, server-based systems, casino management systems and cash handling products.
“NOVOMATIC offers one of the most comprehensive product portfolios in the industry, enabling us to cover every segment of the industry,” said Harald Neumann, CEO of NOVOMATIC AG at a press conference during ICE. “As a producer and operator of gaming technologies, we have the opportunity to test and optimize new products in our own gaming establishments and in various markets,” explained Mr. Neumann.
Slot machine and game mix highlights
IMPERA 7th Edition was launched, featuring an extensive selection of the most popular NOVOMATIC games, but also a variety of new ones such as: Asian Fortunes™, Burning Chance™, Crash Crown™, Little Pharaoh™, Mechnical™, Power Stars™, Triple Pots™. For the first time in Europe, MacGyver game was presented with the famous character of the 90s American series. Another game introduced at ICE and which has been an online success is Apollo God of the Sun. The well-known Lucky Lady game is now available in a new single- game edition – Lucky Lady Wild Spell.
The newest slot machine VIP Eagle™ III was launched at ICE. The cabinet combines the most sophisticated slant top design and is equipped with 2 ultra-sharp 32” screens that offers the player a perfect picture from any angle. These features are complemented by extra-LED effects that synchronize with the game and creates an intense game experience.
The famous game mix The Legend GAMINATOR is now also available for the slot machine equipment.
Also, a new edition of NOVO LINE™ Edition X1 has been released, which contains 30 games including: Book of Atlantis™, Power of RA™, Power Stars™100 and Wild Maverisk™.
Server systems
Progressive linked jackpots continue to be the focus at the NOVOMATIC booth at ICE. The new PAY DAY concept was launched for the first time, with the first two Prize Panda™ and Prize of the Nile™ jackpots, both with six progressive levels of winning. New options for the Octavian myACP casino management system, such as GDPR and anti-money laundering, were also presented. BONUS WHEEL, a mystery jackpot from Astra dedicated to the UK market, was the star of the stand.
The interactive section
The digital interactive section has been one of the fastest growing sectors in the gaming industry for years, driven by increasingly mobile consumer devices. The NOVOMATIC Interactive division, Greentube welcomed ICE visitors to the “Home of Games”, showcasing its strength in the interactive gaming space with new slot titles including the highlight launch of The Great Gambini’s Night Magic and the latest gaming solutions.
Players Safety
NOVOMATIC sets new trends in preventing gambling addiction through NOVOMATIC Biometrics Systems (NBS), which is already used in Europe. NOVOMATIC is thus one of the first gaming technology groups worldwide to have created the technical prerequisites for the introduction of a biometrics-based access and payment system.
NOVOMATIC Romania
As in every edition, the NOVOMATIC Romania team was present at ICE with special offers dedicated to Romanian customers for both new and second-hand gaming equipment.
