How did it feel for Integrate Accounting to attend the E-Arena event for the first time?
It is true, indeed, that Integrate Accounting had its first participation at Entertainment Arena Expo this year, a gambling event. And it proved a real triumph. During the three days, we met with manufacturers, operators, gambling organizers in Romania and many others. It was a quite pleasure to be part of the ‘What’s the time…in gambling’ seminar, organized by Casino Life & Business Magazine, where priority issues in this industry were debated on.
What did you exhibit for the exhibition guests?
Integrate Accounting showcased a set of service packages directed at gaming operators and complete packages for start-up organizers in Romania. We provide detailed reports to our clients, in dependence on the object of the activity helping with presenting a real image and adopting the optimum decisions on our part.
For us and for the sake of our clients, it is essential to have an as clear and transparent image as possible before the authorities, hence we deal with representing them before any officials.
What were the main topics you approached with your guests?
During the exhibition event we were asked questions about the legal and fiscal context, among others. The questions aimed both the procedures related to the Register of Intracommunity Operators, VAT, taxes and fees, forms that are specific to the gambling activity (the daily, monthly earnings, etc). Similarly, we were introduced to the activities in progress and the areas being challenged very frequently.
Could you provide us with details regarding your services to the companies in the gambling sector?
Since the gambling industry is such a complex field, we support the organizers both via accounting and fiscal services and their representation before the National Gambling Office, the Romanian Bureau of Legal Metrology, Financial administration offices, Treasury Offices, Trade of Registry, in order to obtain all the documents required for the organizer license and of the exploitation authorizations.
