A USD 48 million investment
American magnate Dag Hascal held a press conference on the same site where a new luxury Casino – Croc’s Casino – will be built in Costa Rica. More exactly, on Jaco Beach in Garabito de Puntarenas.
Dag Hascal – who is Hascal Steel CEO – disclosed that the estimated cost for this construction would reach 48 million dollars. The complex will take an area of 26,000 sqm, while featuring 152 rooms and 44 condiminium residences. A number of 300 employment positions will be available here. The location is slated to open in December 2014.
A generous playing space
Croc’s Casino Resort will host a special site for gambling, covering 929 sqm. The Resort will include two topnotch restaurants (their names are still unknown), three open bars, a disco, spa center, a veterinary clinic and a child-only club. Another 464 sqm will be used for convention and conference halls, with a 400-people accommodation capacity. ‘We expect this Resort be exactly what this area needs and all guests enjoy to the full whatever is in store for them. This location will be a truly memorable place,’ said Dag Hascal.
