The 8th edition of the Feeric Fashion Days transforms the fashion festival in Sibiu in the most important fashion week in Eastern Europe after the creation of the connexion between the Alba Iulia and Sibiu festivals. Feeric Fashion Days 2015 starts on the 4th-5th of July in Alba Iulia and continues between the 7th and 12th of July in Sibiu, with over 50 fashion presentations by worldwide known designers.
The international dimension of Feeric Fashion Days is given, first of all, by the guests coming to the two Transylvanian cities during this fashion week. Designer, actress and international model, Catrinel Menghia chose Sibiu for her first presentation as a designer, with her new bag collection named Catherinelle. Valeria Mangani, Vice-president of Alta Roma / Alta Moda, Svetlana Horvat, President of Serbia Fashion Week or Radis Nikzad, President of Haute Future Fashion Academy in Milan are among the important guests of this year’s edition. Journalists, bloggers, photographers and stylists from all four capitals of fashion will also be attending the Feeric Fashion Days. On this year’s festival catwalks we will see creations of designers from Paris, London, Milan, New York, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Serbia, Malta, Argentina, Turkey or Romania.
“The efforts of the festival organization team are starting to show off. Throughout the year I attended many international events, especially important events in Italy, such as Alta Roma or Milan Fashion Week, many times together with my colleagues, in order to gather even more experience in organizing such events. Feeric Fashion Days is going to become a reference point in the international fashion world, and the fact that so many important personalities in Europe and the United States accepted the invitation to take part to the fashion shows in Alba Iulia and Sibiu is a recongnition of the good direction to which we are heading”, says Mitichi, President of Feeric Fashion Days.
Feeric Fashion Days takes place between the 4th and the 5th of July in Alba Iulia and between the 7th and the 12th of July in Sibiu. The event is organized by the Mitichi Foundation and co-financed by the Sibiu Local Council through the Sibiu City Hall and supported by the Sibiu County Council, as well as by the Alba Iulia City Hall.
