Unibet Romanian Poker Series returns to the calendar of poker tournaments in Romania. Between July 5th and July 9th, the All-In Poker Club in Bucharest will host a special edition of the popular festival, with hundreds of participants coming from all over the country
Unlike previous editions, there are some important changes. First of all, the tournament entry will be 250 €, but the main event structure is improved, using a format in which each participant starts with 30.000 chips. The time allocated to each level is generous: 45 minutes per level on start-up days and 60 minutes per level from day two.
An additional stack, a longer lead time mean good news for most players, an extra chance.
This is because everyone can have a wider range of card selection, decision making, and tactical approach to the game. As usual, the tournament will have a re-entry/ rebuy option, so it is possible to return to play in case of premature elimination.
Another exciting event will be the URPS High Roller. If years ago such events were received with certain reservation from the players` community and the world was not so daring, we can confirm today that in 2017, the high rollers were the most successful side-events of the Romanian poker festivals. The peculiarity of these tournaments lies in the high prize pool and the relatively short time needed until the end of the tournament, without the players being involved in an ultra-turbo event.
Festival days will be loaded with other interesting side events, such as Knockout and progressive Knockout tournaments, and the poker nights would not be complete without cash tables for any type of player.
Satellites on Unibet Poker
A 250 euro buy-in cannot be a problem for a poker player, whether it’s recreational or not. However, an excellent idea might be to win a Main Event ticket through the online satellites offered by Unibet official partner. Online qualifiers are already available in the well-known Steps structure with guaranteed vouchers in each level and many surprises for those who play. The first Steps level starts from scratch and the direct satellites have a buy-in of no more than 35 €.
