I am always motivated to meet our guests expectations offering our casino’s top services, but sometimes our hospitality is misunderstood and some guest are pushing the limits until the point where is not anymore in accord with Grande Vie casino’s elitist standards.
What are your hobbies?
Foreign languages are one of my passions. After became fluently in Turkish, I have accepted a challenge: to learn Chinese. I have discovered recently that I like horse riding, snowboarding and when I find a good partner, I am playing backgammon.
What is the funniest story you have in your mind?
My funniest story as a PR for Grande Vie Casino wasn’t funny for me, but for all the persons present in that moment. There was a party with a dress code and I have been spending a lot of time to be as close as to the image of a Greek goddess. And I was a goddess indeed. So you can imagine how proudly I was walking in the restaurant. It has been a moment when I was listened the compliments of my friends and 10 seconds after, my goddess aura was destroyed by a wrong step that made my impeccable white dress to look like an abstract painting. In the same time I have noticed that the food from my plate was not there anymore. Pushed out from Olympic legend, I have spent the rest of the evening like a shy Cinderella.

I enjoy to socialize, to spend my time talking to other people, and discovering new things. I also like that I can express my elegance, my taste for fashion and my look.
What are the things you don’t like?
Sometimes the clients are sad, sometimes the loose. After a while they become my friends and I don’t like to see they are sad. But there are days and days…
What are your hobbies?
Shopping, of course!
What is the funniest story you have in your mind?
We have a lot of Chinese clients and as you know, their names are not easy to be pronounced. When I make a mistake, they correct me and they consider this funny. And me too.

I like very much to communicate and to meet new people. I enjoy my program because I don’t have to wake up in the morning as the activity is focus in the afternoon and night time. I feel good during make my working hours and I can say that this perfect job.

Some clients are superstitious, TOO superstitious.

What is the funniest story you have in your mind?
It is incredible, but some clients consider that I am bringing them luck. If we are talking together and they win, means that I have brought them luck. It was also funny that a client had fallen in love with me and he was insisted to introduce him to my mother. I was not only that the feelings were only from his part, but he was over 60.

To be communicative, to understand that this is a job with a lot of responsibilities even it looks so easy to do.

I love the events dynamic and that every day brings something new. There is no chance to get bored, there are always new people, new situations, and you have every day something to learn.

I haven’t found something in particular until now.
What are your hobbies?
I have always enjoyed drawing. Now I am designing dresses. I am collaborating with a fashion house, and I want that one day to be able to have my own business. Recently I have discovered the passion for snowboarding. Probably I like to live in a dangerous way.

There was a client who misunderstood my request when I have asked for his phone number. It was for our database – to inform him about promotions. He thought – and hoped – to be for my personal use.
