Asian Coast Development (ACDL) have announced this week that they have received formal approval by the Government of Vietnam of all of ACDL’s requested amendments to its Investment Certificate, in regard to the Ho Tram Strip development.
The Ho Tram Strip will eventually include two integrated resorts with gaming facilities and an additional three five-star resorts and a Greg Norman designed championship golf course in a 2.2 kilometer beachfront 164 hectare site, located approximately two hours from Ho Chi Minh City.
Construction of the first part of the resort is complete, it includes 541 five star rooms and suites, restaurants, gaming facilities, convention and meeting space, retail, bars, an ultra-lounge, a spa, three swimming pools, beach facilities, and other leisure amenities.
Ho Tram Strip is located some two hours from Ho Chi Minh City.
The casino operation of the development was supposed to be operated by MGM, however the company pulled out of the deal and ACDL are currently looking for a new casino operator.
