Season XI of the WPT reaches Prague at the beginning of December and promises a fantastic tournament. Casino Life & Business Magazine has found out how you can get to the Czech event without spending anything.

One of Europe’s touristic crown jewels, Prague is the setting for this year’s final and possibly biggest World Poker Tour tournament, scheduled to take place in the December 3 – 9 period. A record breaking event last year – WPT’s biggest European tournament of 2011 – the 2012 WPT Prague promises even greater things this December.
As some of the world best poker players have already set their sights on the estimated prize pool of 3.5 million euro, Casino Life & Business Magazine brings you the full updated on what promises to be a milestone event for the 2012 poker year.

The King Casino at the Corinthia Hotel in Prague will be the location where poker’s biggest names will be lining up. The 3.300 buy-in will provide them access to the tournament starting December 3. The best of the best will meet six days later, on December 9, at the final table.
Although it is hard to single out a possible star from the impressive lineup, most expect Team PartyPoker young celebrity Marvin Rettenmaier to be one of the attractions of the tournament. The young German player has taken the circuit by storm this year and has managed to make history by becoming the first player to win back-to-back WPT events after his success at the WPT World Championship and WPT Merit Cyprus Classic. Whether the 25 year old “Mad Marvin”, as he is nicknamed, will make a final power statement in 2012, it remains to be seen in the Czech Capital.

Casino Life&Business Magazine is also keen on seeing whether Victor Paraschiv will once more make his appearance on the big stage. The Romanian poker player managed an impressive performance at the WPT Merit Cyprus Classic in August, finishing fourth with total winnings of more than 87.000 dollars. If victor manages to make a similar run at the Prague event, we might be witnessing the start of a very promising career.

And we might have another highly anticipated Romanian presence at the Prague event. You. As sponsors of the WPT, PartyPoker is offering its Romanian customers the chance to reach the WPT Prague Tournament without spending anything, through a 6.000 dollars package up for grabs on PartyPoker.net. The prize includes the buy-in and is available via a dedicated freeroll available on www.partypoker.net.
