Gambling Affiliate Summit 2021, the first event of its kind in Southeast Europe, which will take place online on February 23, starting at 10:30 CET, has aroused, through the chosen themes, an important wave of interest.
Thus, in the panel dedicated to the Legal Framework will be keynote speaker Joseph F. Borg PhD., partner in WH Partners from Malta.
Joseph F. Borg PhD. is a Lawyer and Partner at WH Partners and leads the Blockchain Advisory section and the gaming and gambling counseling sections of the firm. He also practices in the fields of eSports, Corporate, IT, Telecom and Intellectual Property Law.
Joseph F. Borg PhD. also teaches Gambling Law at the University of Malta.
Joseph Borg (Joe) has been the Secretary General of the IT Association of Malta (MITLA) for over 3 years and is co-founder and currently Vice President of Bitmalte, a non-profit organization with a mission to promote and stimulate discussions on blockchain technology and cryptocurrency in Malta.
Prior to joining the WH Partners team, he held the position of Chief Regulator of the Lotteries and Gaming Authority – Malta.
