The gambling organizer will open a single player account for a registered player.

The gambling organizer will provide to the player access to the information regarding the player account status, playing history (including bets, loss and profits), deposits and withdrawals and other similar transactions. The information is available to the player’s account for at least 90 days.

Upon the request of the player, the gambling organizer will supply balance statements for the account for all the operations within the player account for the last 12 months.

The amounts that the player transfers into the account are credited immediately after the gambling organizer receives the funds.

The gambling organizer will not accept any betting from a player, unless there are sufficient funds in the player account to cover up its value.

The earnings derived by the player are credited immediately into his gaming account.

A gambling organizer will not allow any money transfers, bonuses, tokens, etc among the players’ accounts. The organizer can pay an amount to the player only into the same account where the player’s transferred funds come from.

A gambling organizer will not send any credit into the banking account or the gaming account of a player.

In case of any suspicions, the gambling organizer can perform the required checks, within 10 days prior transferring the winnings into the player’s account – after that, he will either transfer the funds or notify the competent authorities.

The playing funds of the player represent specific funds that need to be deposited into an account that cannot be blocked in a bank, which will be kept separate from the personal funds of the license holder and gambling authorization regulated in the section herein, which account he only can have access to.

The funds in the player’s gambling account can only be paid out to the player; this is why they are not allowed to be used to provide for the claims against the gambling organizer. The funds must be insured in case the gambling organizer is declared insolvent or the bank where the player’s funds are deposited.

The funds in the organizer’s account that cannot be blocked need to always be at least equal with the total amount in the players’ gambling accounts.

The gambling organizer will assure itself that, in case the game stops due to technical reasons, the player who placed a bet before the interruption has the possibility to resume the game. It not possible, the bet is repaid to the player.

The gambling organizer is compelled to block in the player’s gambling account, at any moment, the amount that is required to pay for fee due to the state budget by the player for his winnings made until that time.

Any player has the right to file a complaint with the gambling organizer, which will include his personal data and the situation that he is complaining about. The gambling organizer will solve the complaint in a reasonable time, but not longer than 14 days since its filing. Should the organizer fails to solve the complaint within the due term or rejects it, the player is entitled to address the commission, according to the law.

The organizer will save the complaints and the relevant documents for at least 2 years since the filing date of each one and will forward them to the commission, upon its request, in compliance with the legislation concerning the processing of the personal data.

The gambling organizer will make available to the player a form where the player will set up daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits. A request from the player to set up a deposit limit is implemented immediately, but not later than 24 hours. A request to raise the deposit limit, previously established, is only effective after at least 48 hours.

The organizer needs to make available to the player a form that will allow him to decide that the amounts exceeding a certain value be automatically returned to the player the same way the money is deposited in the account.

The gambling organizer has to make available to the player a form that will allow him to request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the game. Such a request must be implemented at once.

A temporary exclusion cannot be applied for less than a month, but the player has the right to choose a pause shorter than 24 hours. A temporary exclusion and the pause for a short period of time trigger the deactivation of the player’s account for that period of time.

The final exclusion of a player means that the organizer will close the player’s account. The player is entitled to open a new account only after at least 6 months since its closing.

Should a player self-excluded from participating into an organizer’s game, then the latter must inform the player about the services of counseling and treatment of gambling addiction in a competent medical institution.

The gambling organizer will keep a log of the players who wish a permanent or a temporary exclusion.
