BEGExpo and EEGS Sofia 2020 are postponed due to the continuation of the coronavirus pandemic and official recommendations in Bulgaria.
The well-known combined event – conference and exhibition – scheduled to take place between 17 and 19 November 2020 in Sofia, Bulgaria, the Balkan Entertaining and Gaming Expo (BEGExpo) and the Eastern European Gaming Summit (EEGS) has been postponed for a later date.
This year’s edition of the Sofia event, which has become traditional, has had to be postponed due to official recommendations on health security measures caused by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
“Our priority has always been the safety and health of our exhibitors, speakers and participants and we will do everything under our control to take care of them,” the statement sent by the organizers said.
At the same time, the organizers continue “We are in constant dialogue with partners, locations and other relevant third parties about new dates and new opportunities regarding the concept, idea and style of our events. We will send an update on the new dates of both events, immediately what they will be established.”
“We assure you that we are closely monitoring the government’s latest public health advice regarding COVID-19 and are following their instructions closely.
