PokerStars takes a trip down memory lane with nostalgic huge tournament series and The Players Awards.
To celebrate its 20th Anniversary and reward the community who are at the heart of this journey, PokerStars is hosting The Big 20 Rewind.
The Big 20 Rewind is a tournament series created to celebrate 20 years of history, winning moments and unforgettable stories. From November 14 to December 4, PokerStars is hosting 20 tournaments, each honouring an iconic moment in its history.
Each tournament will represent a year from 2001 to 2020, and $5,500,000 is up for grabs across the series as well as huge additional prizes including an around the world holiday, an electric car, luxury watches and a SLAM poker package including buy-ins to some of PokerStars most notable events.
Highlight tournaments include:
2001 – Year of PokerStars $11 buy-in with $100,000 GTD
2006 – Year of the Sunday Million $215 buy-in with $1,000,000 GTD
2014 – Year of Spin & Go $10 buy-in with $150,000 GTD ‘
2018 – Year of the Platinum Pass $5 buy-in with $50,000 GTD
2019 – Year of the PSPC $25 buy-in with $150,000 GTD

On top of the anniversary tournaments PokerStars will end the celebrations with a headline event, The Big 20 Finale. Taking place on December 5, the $55 buy-in tournament will guarantee a further $5,000,000.
