Maurizio Soccodato from Global Lab is a keynote speaker at the 11th edition of the Central European Gambling Summit – CEGS23.
Maurizio Soccodato is the CEO and founder of Global Lab, the certification laboratory that is quickly establishing itself with great success worldwide as a good alternative in the certifiers market.
The over 15 years background in gaming industry in strategic roles makes his company unique, as he knows the needs of customers very well and has thus created the most innovative certification system on the market that guarantees quality, transparency and speed in all certification processes in a “taylored way” much appreciated by the customers.
Maurizio Soccodato also worked with large multinational companies, such as Booz Allen Hamilton, KPMG, and public bodies such as the Presidency of the Engineering Faculty of La Sapienza in Rome, the Telecommunications Department of La Sapienza in Rome.
He patented Bluetooth Antennas creating numerous Proximity Marketing projects becoming responsible for Telecom Italia and ACI, and was co-supervisor of the degree theses of the Faculty of Engineering of Rome La Sapienza.
With the idea of “problem solving” in his blood, having organized major international events for years, today his only goal with Global Lab is to change the paradigm of certifications by trying to be balanced, practical and effective.
In just two years, Maurizio led Global Lab to have all the main certifications to become one of the protagonists of the Testing Labs (ISO17020, ISO17025, ISO27001, ISO27001 implementer, ISO9001 and soon also ISO17065).
Maurizio Soccodato will be a keynote speaker of the panel “European regulations with an impact on the gambling industry”.
The 11th edition of the Central European Gambling Summit – CEGS23, will take place on May 23-24, 2023 at the well-known Magic Place Grant location in Bucharest, Romania. The event will be accompanied by a strictly B2B boutique-style exhibition for the entire duration of the two days, but also by a super party that will take place on the first evening.
An important focus of the event will be on the digitization of the gambling industry, but also on solutions for traditional gambling.
The combined event will be held under the motto: Digital Era and Traditional Gambling.
