The Organizers of the 2014 edition of International Trade Fair for Amusement and Vending Machines, IMA on short, exhibition that will be held in Düsseldorf, Germany between January 14-17, have chosen our magazine, Casino Life & Business Magazine, the first gambling magazine from our country, to be the sole Media Partner from Romania.
Bellow you can find the first Press Release for IMA 2014:
Multigame, sportsbetting, bowling and coffee – IMA 2014 focus areas
Multigame devices – there’s no way around them at IMA 2014. They – along with sportsbetting, bowling and coffee – will be a central focus for many exhibitors and visitors, and they’ll shape the character of the trade fair. Visitors representing a vast range of target groups will find the entire spectrum of offerings relevant to their business here. Some 9,000 equipment distributors/servicers as well as owners and operators of arcades, bowling centers, billiard cafés and restaurants are expected. IMA will take place at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre from 14 – 17 January.
Multigame devices are the hottest trend in the sector right now. After a one-year break, exhibitors will return to IMA next year to present their innovations in this segment. Multigame machines are attractive because of their high entertainment value, and they’re appealing to a large number of diverse customers. High-end consumer electronics solutions have been adopted as the standard in the multigame segment, as well, thanks to the technological developments of the last two years. All the while, tailor-made gaming ideas bring hardware alive in exciting worlds of experience for players and open up new perspectives for entrepreneurs.
The world of sportsbetting will be one of IMA’s central exhibition areas. Again and again, the leading companies of the sector manage to surprise us with new attractive features as well as ingenious technological solutions and sophisticated business models. These offer a solid foundation for both newcomers and experienced entrepreneurs aiming to enter this innovative sector. IMA will revolve around a variety of topics such as, for example, awarding of franchises, setting up sportsbetting cafés/shops, hardware terminals, online betting, licensing and the current legal situation.
The bowling segment will be represented at IMA for the fifth time – because synergies in that area continue to be very promising: In the leisure market, bowling centres are increasingly co-located with entertainment arcades. Adding entertainment options such as pool, darts, air hockey and even simulators to the mix has become a natural move for many bowling centre operators. IMA will once again be the central meeting point for manufacturers and distributors of bowling alleys and accessories. It’s the place for all the latest ideas and the most up-to-date hardware, as well as a forum for the exchange of perspectives and experiences between manufacturers, distributors and operators.
