Dr.Joseph Borg, partner at WH Partners in Malta, is the keynote speaker at the first edition of the eSports Business Summit 21.
The recently launched event attracts important names in the industry. Among them is Dr. Joseph Borg, partner at WH Partners from Malta, who will be a keynote speaker in the first panel, the one dedicated to pan-European legislation.
Dr. Joseph F. Borg is a Lawyer and Partner at WH Partners and leads the Blockchain Advisory section and the gaming and gambling counseling sections of the firm. He also practices in the fields of eSports, Corporate, IT, Telecom and Intellectual Property Law.
Joseph F. Borg PhD. also teaches Gambling Law at the University of Malta.
Joseph Borg (Joe) has been the Secretary General of the IT Association of Malta (MITLA) for over 3 years and is co-founder and currently Vice President of Bitmalte, a non-profit organization with a mission to promote and stimulate discussions on blockchain technology and cryptocurrency in Malta.
Prior to joining the WH Partners team, he held the position of Chief Regulator of the Lotteries and Gaming Authority – Malta.

The international conference eSports Business Summit 21 is scheduled to take place online, on a modern platform, on April 20, 2021, starting at 10:30 EEST (Romanian time).
According to previous experiences, the organizers expect the number of participants in the event to exceed 1,200.
The official language of eSports Business Summit 21 is English.
