One of the debates sessions under the aegis of IMGL, within the Central European Gambling Summit 20 program that will take place in Bucharest between March 10 and 11, in the luxurious halls of the Magic Place Grant will be moderated by Cosmina Simion, Managing Partner of the Simion & Baciu Law Firm.

Cosmina Simion is currently Managing Partner of the law firm Simion & Baciu.
Cosmina is an intellectual property, regulatory and technology lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience in various industries, particularly in the tech, media and entertainment, online and gaming industries.
She previously coordinated teams of individuals at the largest Romanian law firm, she set up and headed the IPT practice of a global law firm, as well as acted as in-house CEE regional counsel for a US media group.
She coordinated teams of specialists in complex licensing procedures, acquisitions and tenders.
Cosmina’s experience encompasses the full range of regulatory and operational gaming aspects for betting and gaming operators, software & platform suppliers, financial services providers, auditors & certifiers, industry associations or marketing affiliates, including representation before the Romanian regulator.
A regular contributor to specialized publications and lecturer on gaming, IP, social media, digital and privacy matters, she is a General Member of the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL), a non profit association comprising over 340 members globally, involved in most material gambling sector developments and issues worldwide.
