The Caribbean Gaming Show from the Caribbean area has been cancelled, intergameonline.com is reporting, in order to support Juegos Miami, the new exhibition planned by Clarion Events, owner and organizer of ICE Totally Gaming, in conjunction with Urban Expositions.
Juegos Miami’s target area is the Latin American and Caribbean gaming industry and the Caribbean Gaming Show’s CEO Elizabeth Leiva has agreed to work on the Juegos Miami brand.
Courtney Muller of Urban Expositions said that Leiva’s decision “recognised the industry’s desire to reduce the number of events on the calendar.”
Juegos Miami is scheduled to take place from May 31 to June3.
