Despite the existence on the profile market of certain certification services providers completely non-compliant with the requirements of a secure market, operating without any accreditation in the gambling field, from the authorities’ perspective, lacking transparency and professionalism in the industry, BMM Testlabs Romania, disposing of all necessary tools, continues to deliver certification services to the highest level, at the best quality-price ratio, which covers the requirements of the applicable laws, GEO no. 77, Order 404, etc., as well as of ENAC Accreditation Body, strictly observing and complying with the requirements of ISO 17020 certifications (initial, periodical or after repair technical inspections) and ISO 17025 (type approvals).

In August 2022, BMM Testlabs Romania was the first certification body which delivered type approvals in accordance with the technical requirements of Order 404, and in 2023 it is the only certification body chosen by slot machines manufacturers, having the technical capability to issue Type Approvals within the Romanian territory. From the perspective of the initial technical inspections, required by the forthcoming implementation of the technical requirements included in the content of Order 404 and generated by the short time conversion of a huge number of games of chance already existing on the profile market, BMM Testlabs Romania constantly provides the promptness and safety of inspections, covering wide geographical areas, providing support to its partners’ technical teams, in this way aligning the technical challenges to the existing legislation.
