Planet Hollywood Tower (PHT) and Resort will add some more 1,201 rooms on the tourist list of the city. In addition to that there will also be 374 accommodation units of the hotel Hard Rock Hotel (HRH) which will also open as soon as possible. The blue building featuring 52 floors, PH Tower, addresses especially to tourists who want to spend an extended period of time in Las Vegas. The apartments rent for sums ranging between $229 during week time and $349 during the week-end. At the last floor there are 16 penthouses with surfaces in excess of 1,000 square meters. In HRH the owners invested 750 million dollars.
