A company owned by a French citizen and a Russian one, Buhtoyarov Valentin Petrovici and Antoine Denis Torres, has entered the local market of sports bets, announcing the launch of 29 agencies in the whole country. The intention of the two owners is to reach, by the end of the year, the number of a hundred of agencies. The representatives of Expresso Bet say the investment for opening such a cafe is, on average, 10.000 euro. The concept is similar to the one at Bet Cafe Arena, launched by Dinu Patriciu, a place where the customers have the possibility to place bets or to play at slots, benefiting, at the same time, of the services of a coffee house. The Bet Cafe chain has 19 agencies in Bucharest and other 24 in the country.
