$1,350,000 – this is the sum which a Romanian businessman in Calarasi managed to win at the final tour of the Poker Stars Caribbean Adventure which took place in January in Bahamas. The Romanian Ionel Anton placed third at the final table, the first two positions being occupied by Gallen Hall (USA) with $2,300,000, respectively Chris Olliver (USA) with $1,800,000. Anton managed to overtake important names of professional poker, including Chris Moneymaker, the representative of Team Pokerstars Pro who finished the tour on the 11th position and with a winning of only $130,000. According to the official website of Pokerstars Caribbean Adventure, the Romanian earned his place in the main event pursuing a $33 satellite. The Main event of PokerStars Caribbean Adventure reunited no less than 1,560 players, with a accumulation of awarding fund adding up to $15,132,000.
