Chance Kornuth won the golden bracelet and the $508,000 prize at Pot Limit Omaha within the WSOP. It is the first significant prize the 24- year old young man has won so far, making for the big surprise of the tour. He left college studies in architecture in order to dedicate to poker playing, a choice that seems to have been a fortunate one. Another surprise of this WSOP edition came from Michael Linn, a 22-year old student from California, who won the No Limit Holdāem tour and $609,493, as well as his first golden bracelet. However, he states that is not sure whether he is going to make playing poker into a career.
