For the New Year, Casino Sinaia was host to a masked ball with mandatory masks and costumes.
The event organized inside the edifice in park Dimitrie Ghica, a fashionable entertainment center of the highlife before and during the world wars, with the ball halls named Foyer, Mirrors’ Hall and the Hall “Prince Dimitrie Ghica”, drew several dozen persons who paid between 50 and 3,500 RON to be part of the event. The masks were ensured by the house, but the costumes were entirely up to the imagination of the participants. The menu was made up of drinks and food which were served in the Swedish buffet style. In addition to the drinks included in the offer, the participants were able to acquire other kinds as well from the existing bar points. The atmosphere was kept high by professional DJs.
